2.1 These terms and conditions of use (hereinafter “GTC”) define the rights and obligations applicable to you as a user (hereinafter “User”) when accessing our website (hereinafter “the Site”).

4.1 The User acknowledges that they are only authorised to use the website to search for information, submit requests or place orders. The User agrees not to use the website for other purposes, particularly not for illegal purposes or those likely to harm public decency, the integrity, security or reputation of the website or the rights of Coverseal or third parties.

5.1 All information contained on the Coverseal website is general information, provided outside of any contractual relationship with Coverseal. This information cannot constitute personal, professional or legal advice to the user.

5.2 Coverseal implements reasonable means to ensure the accuracy of this information but does not guarantee that this information is free from errors or omissions.

5.3 Coverseal cannot be held liable (except in cases of gross negligence or intentional fault) for direct or indirect damages (except bodily injury caused to the user) that may result from:

• the use of the information provided on the site,
• certain information being incorrect, incomplete or unavailable,
• the use of the site or the impossibility of using the site,
• fraudulent use of its website by users or third parties,

7.1 Coverseal uses the data provided by the User via the contact form on the website or by email to respond to their questions, requests for quotes, or appointments.

7.4 Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and Geo-location Permission

Our app uses Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) technology to connect to nearby devices. BLE requires access to location services to perform scans, although we do not track or store any location data. Location permissions are requested solely to facilitate communication via BLE, and your location is neither stored nor used for other purposes. You can manage or revoke Bluetooth and location permissions at any time via your device settings.

9.1 The nullity or unenforceability of any provision of these GTC shall not affect the validity of the other provisions of these GTC.

9.3 The failure by Coverseal to exercise a right resulting from these Terms and Conditions does not constitute a waiver of that right.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Belgian law, without regard to conflict of law provisions within the jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the courts and tribunals of the Brussels district.
