Log in with your ID (the email address used during installation) and your password. If you have forgotten your password, click on \u2018Forgot password\u2019. You will then receive a 6-digit code by email (wait up to 1 minute). If you do not receive it: check your spam or confirm that the address is correct. If you still receive nothing, contact us!<\/li>\n<li class=\"ewa-rteLine\">Enter your 6-digit code. If the message &#8220;Token has expired&#8221; appears, you may have requested a new code too soon. If this is the case, wait 2 minutes, delete all emails from noreply@coverseal.com, request a new code and if the problem persists, contact us.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1248\" data-end=\"1388\">Lastly, once you have received the code, create a new password (minimum 8 characters, including 1 number and 1 special character).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>If you do not yet have an account <\/u><\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1441\" data-end=\"1563\">\n<li data-start=\"1441\" data-end=\"1492\">\n<p data-start=\"1443\" data-end=\"1492\">Your phone must be connected to the internet.
