Close the app completely<\/div>\n<div class=\"ewa-rteLine\">2. Unplug both black power cables<\/div>\n<div class=\"ewa-rteLine\">3. Wait 5 seconds<\/div>\n<div class=\"ewa-rteLine\">4. Reconnect the cables, ensuring they are properly inserted<\/div>\n<div class=\"ewa-rteLine\">5. Restart the app and repeat step 2<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"ewa-rteLine\">The &#8220;Cover check&#8221; phase may no longer appear: this is normal.
